Conditions/T.O.S:

▪ I'm allowed to decline a commission from you if I don't have the time or don't think it will fit in my range of skills !!

▪ No refunds after finished products are delivered !!

▪ if this TOS changes later, commissions paid for using this TOS will NOT be changed

▪ DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK! (unless asked privately for specific uses)

▪ If not told right at the start I am allowed to suggest and play around with poses and expressions for the character.

​

▪ I own the rights to every image I produce (unless bought for commercial use)

therefore you are NOT allowed to claim it's copyright usage by submitting it to sites/software's/etc.

▪If not discussed/requested beforehand, I am allowed to post your commission on my socials and portfolio

​

▪ My art is NEVER okay to be used for AI!

​

▪ I'll only start your commission after getting the full payment!

​

▪ No refunds after the sketch is done and approved!

▪ It can take me up to a months to finish a commission (it usually takes me 2-3 weeks, but unforeseen events/health related issues I have, may delay it).

​

▪ I will not be taking commissions to draw internet/fandom/real world celebrities or their personas/mascots, unless directly ordered by the owner, in this same vein, I do not endorse nor associate with every client I get, as possibly damaging behavior may be unknown to me, I am merely an employee.

PAYMENTS

▪ Payment is upfront! I will send you the sketch in the span of 1-2 Weeks after payment

REVISIONS

▪ I only accept 4 revisions during the SKETCH phase! After that you will be charged extra!

(this excludes color correction and design detail/elements missing WHEN depicted clearly on the reference and/or described on the order given to me)

USE

▪ You are allowed to use the commission as a Profile picture and banner anywhere as long as you credit it!

REFUNDS

▪ I can send you as many updates as you wish with the coloring/ line-art /final edits etc...
