Conditions/T.O.S:

▪ DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK! (unless asked privately for specific uses)

▪ I'm allowed to decline a commission from you if I don't have the time or don't think it will fit in my range of skills

▪ No refunds after finished products are delivered! 

▪ I will tell you how much time i will need and or if i need more, if that doesn't fit you, you will get your money back but no art
▪ The Payment will be upfront just for my own protection of getting scammed. I also only accept payment via PayPal.
▪ If not told right at the start I am allowed to suggest and play around with poses and expressions for the character.
▪ Im allowed to use the commission art for my portfolio as long as you agree. (I will take a screenshot for safety)
▪ I will most likely give you the Picture either per e-mail (for a better quality) or per discord, depending on the situation.

▪ Make sure you have something that can be used as a reference!

▪ My art is never okay to be used for AI!

▪ if this TOS changes later, commissions paid for using this TOS will NOT be changed

For adopts: 

▪ You can only Resell a character for less or same as you bought them! (unless you did or commissioned art, in that case is fairincrease the worth!)

▪ Ask for commercial use! the pricing may change depending on your intent ~

▪ Ask for edits! editing my art without permission is not allowed! changing the character design is permited as long its still     recognized

▪ If you want to cancel a commission you still have to pay 50% if the sketch is already done (if the payment is after the sketch)

Blacklist info:

You WILL get blacklisted if you: 

▪ Asking for paypal chargeback 

▪ Rush and Pressure me to finish your commission first!

▪ Demand many changes with no specific reason (more than 5)

▪ Change my style for someone's else style!

  (Example: '' i want you to draw my oc on RANDOM ARTIST style'' '' i want you to draw it in my style '')

▪ Trace(d) my art or art in general !

▪ Selling my art and claiming it as your own!

▪ Using my art for Ai !!
